Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Malaysia, covering both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not be processed.


Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free for all orders — no minimum purchase required.
There are no additional shipping charges or handling fees for deliveries within Malaysia.


Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched promptly to ensure you receive your snacks and noodles while they’re fresh and in perfect condition. You can expect delivery within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

The 7-day delivery timeline is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as:

  • Your location (urban or rural)
  • Public holidays or peak seasons
  • Courier service scheduling and availability
  • Weather or natural events that may affect logistics

We make every effort to meet this timeline and will keep you informed of any unexpected delays.


Processing Time

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

After your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Order summary
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Tracking details (if applicable)

Delivery Method

We partner with trusted local courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Packages will be delivered directly to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery location.


Address Accuracy

To avoid delays or delivery issues, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order. This includes:

  • Correct recipient name
  • Valid phone number
  • Full shipping address, including unit number, postcode, and state

Missed Deliveries

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we may occasionally restrict shipping of certain items during extreme weather conditions (such as high heat or heavy rain) to preserve product quality. If your order is affected, we will notify you before shipment.
